Sarah's Double Vegan Burger


I had dinner with a friend last night and he is not a vegan, i made him a wild mushroom risotto, yes, with cream : ) and chicken on top of that !
For myself I made a very quick Double Vegan Burger... It's a simple vegan burger but really good... with original ingredients ... Im not sure it has its place here, but it might give ideas to some ...

What is special about this burger is :
- the type of bread I use
- the 2 different flavors of burgers

Here are the ingredients:
- 1 " Food for life " Sesame Burger bun
- 1 " GardenBurger Portobella " veggie burger
- 1 "GardenBurger Sundried Tomato " veggie burger
- 1 Slice of tomato
-1 Lettuce leaf
- Olive oil
- Mayonnaise ( optionnal )

Put The bun in the toaster so it toasts a little.
Spread a little bit of olive oil ( or mayonnaise if you are not watching your calorie intake ) in both inside sides of the bun.
On the bottom bun, place the lettuce leaf, add the tomato slice, and top it with your 2 veggie burgers.....
It goes very well with a fresh garden salad ....
